Specifically, the proposal comprises 12 warehouse units with a total gross floor area of 25,538 square metres and 2,716 square metres of ancillary office space.
The project is inspired by the naturally formed landmass called 'drumlin' which has widespread presence in Estonia. The site is located in Tammiste, a village in Tori Parish, Pärnu County in south-western Estonia. The extracted ground was reused to construct a drumlin, which was subsequently covered in flora to fit in with the surrounding scenery.
